Margherita w/peppers & Umbria: red potato cooked in cream with fresh herbs, grana
This time around Tutta Bella proved good but not great. The opening chef must have not cared to evenly distribute sauce and toppings nor to cook the dough or pizza enough on the margherita (some bits became soupy and the dough soaked in it). Even at their worst their slices are good thanks to the quality sauce, cheese, potatoes, etc.
